Christina is a certified embodiment facilitator and coach always curious to merge movement and psychology. She currently co-leads a coaching certification with Mark Walsh teaching somatic techniques for coaching to hundreds of people.
In her work she draws on a range of embodied disciplines, her experience as an Aikido black belt, passionate contact improvisation dancer, yoga teacher and coach, to promote personal growth. She guides groups and individuals around the world through embodied enquiries that use posture, movement and breath to generate deeper self-awareness and empower people to change their patterns effectively.
