Course Overview

Dive deeply into the energies of five powerful Goddesses—Kali, Tara, Bhairavi, Dhumavati, and Matangi. Each day will be dedicated to one Goddess, allowing us to embody her essence fully. Through carefully designed practices and teachings, we will honor their unique qualities, uncover their relevance in our lives, and awaken their transformative power within us.

  • The Mahavidyas, also known as the Ten Wisdom Goddesses, originate from the esoteric traditions of Tantra, specifically the Shakta tradition, which celebrates the divine feminine as the ultimate reality. This lineage dates back over 1,500 years and is rooted in ancient Indian scriptures. For women, the Mahavidyas offer a profound mirror to our inner landscape. They invite us to embrace our complexity—the light and the shadow—and to reclaim the full spectrum of our being. Each Goddess embodies a unique facet of feminine wisdom, empowering us to navigate life with authenticity and greater clarity of who we are. In exploring these archetypes, we reconnect with the sacred feminine and uncover tools for personal growth and spiritual alignment.

  • This training is not just about acquiring esoteric or intellectual knowledge; it’s about embodying the wisdom of the Mahavidyas in a way that transforms how you live each day. By engaging with these practices, you will cultivate a deeper sense of presence, resilience, and empowerment. The practices and teachings are designed to help you integrate the qualities of the Goddesses into your everyday life—whether it’s finding strength during challenging times, nurturing compassion in relationships, or expressing your creativity and truth with confidence.
As you embody the energies of Kali, Tara, Bhairavi, Dhumavati and Matangi, you’ll notice shifts in how you approach both inner and outer challenges. This journey offers tools to connect with your intuition, honor your emotions, and create a life aligned with your authentic self.

  • Kali — The fierce mother of transformation and liberation. Kali guides us to release what no longer serves us and step into our authentic power.

Tara — The compassionate saviouress. Tara’s wisdom illuminates the path through challenges, offering protection and guiding us to inner peace.

Bhairavi — The fiery Goddess of fierce love and inner strength. Bhairavi teaches us to confront fear and obstacles with unwavering determination, embodying courage and devotion

    Dhumavati
     — The Grandmother Goddess and Old Crone. She teaches us to embrace the shadow and find deep wisdom in times of loss and difficulty.

Matangi — The wild, untamed expression of divine creativity. Matangi inspires us to own our voice and fully be ourselves. She calls out the rebel within and helps us to express who we are in the world through poetry, song, dance, art and creative writing. She is everyone’s favourite goddess.
