Lorraine Taylor holds an E-RYT 500 certification from Yoga Alliance and is also accredited as a YACEP. With over thousands of hours dedicated to her own self-training, Lorraine has explored and practiced various traditional paths of yoga, including Hatha, Raja, Tantra, Bhakti, and Jnana Yoga, for over 33 years.

Her journey has taken her to the East, where she has spent more than two decades immersing herself in the culture and spiritual practices of India and Thailand, learning from wise elders, renowned masters, and modern-day gurus. Inspired by nature-based practices, voice work, and trauma-informed yoga, Lorraine recognizes the importance of these approaches in today’s world. She is deeply committed to Karma Yoga, particularly in supporting women who have been victims of abuse, helping them regain stability and their voice on their path to healing.
