Romana Delberg

Romana was drawn into the path of Yoga in 1995 through the rigorous practice of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga.  She has been studying extensively with Richard Freeman & Mary Taylor. Her studies led her exploring many avenues of the old wisdom traditions.  For the past 18 years Romana together with her husband nursed the Yogawerkstatt, a sangha oriented yoga studio downtown Vienna.  In 2018 a challenging autoimmune disease led her into exploring many paths of healing and self-inquiry.

Today Romana teaches manly quiet and gentle yoga practices, meditation, breathwork, mantra, yoga nidra and self-inquiry supported through ritual, devotion, nature and reverence of the ancestors. In recent years she has emersed herself into the study of Shamanic rituals.
